Airline Wheelchair Policy Change - change the policy so that people who depend on wheelchairs can remain in their own wheelchairs when they fly. It is safer for the individuals and for the airline workers (who currently are forced to lift people in and out of wheelchairs), while reducing millions of dollars of airline costs associated with wheelchair damage reimbursements and lawsuits.
